The Hughesville Borough Police Department consists of six officers including myself as the Police Chief. We are proud to serve Hughesville Borough and the people which travel through. As Police Chief, I have taken on the responsibility of running the Police Department as well as making sure that there is a great working relationship between the Police Department and the Community.
Many people know that police officers handle incidents involving criminal activity, enforce the PA criminal statutes and PA motor vehicle statutes. What most people do not know is that we also assist the public with many of their daily needs. At times we take on the role of counselor or even just provide a set of ears to listen. No matter what the need is, we will take every step possible to help with that need.
I am extremely proud of the Officers of the Police Department and I know that when I am not working, they are protecting and serving the Community in the same way that I do.
